1. Contact Us:

Tell us your ideas, your requirements and we will get the process underway!

All customers are welcome to contact us anytime through email or the Contact Us form on the website. We will reply to you within 24 hours.


2. Estimate:

After finalising your requirements and a creating a basic design, we will need about three days to quote for the order. The price is still subject to minor changes at this stage until the final details and sampling of the garments have been completed. If you accept the price estimate we can move onto the stage of creating samples of your design.


3. Sampling:

This step is optional and will depend on a few factors. If it is a complicated garment and you would like a sample we can have these produced and shipped to you for confirmation. After the sample has been confirmed and/or minor changes have been made you will then be provided with final costs and estimated time frames for delivery of your order. The bulk manufacturing process can then begin following payment of your order.


4. Production:

Production begins and your garment will be made and checked for quality at each stage of production.


5. Shipping

Once your order is complete it will be shipped to us for counting and more quality checks before finally being shipped to you.




1. What is our MOQ?

There is no minimum if you wish to use the products which we have in stock. Contact us to see what items we currently have in stock.

For 100pcs and over per design, we can have these made from scratch from our overseas factories.

2. Will the price differ depending on the quantity I order?

Of course, the more you order, the less you pay per piece.

3. How long in advance should you be in touch with us?

For overseas manufactured orders, our advice is at least two months ahead. We will need time to discuss, finalize and quote on your design. If a sample is required this adds three weeks onto the turnaround time. Depending on the item to be manufactured, the manufacturing process then takes a minimum of 30 days to complete.

4. Do I have to pay for a sample?

If a sample is required, we pass this sample fee onto you and this cost is all dependent on the item you are having made.

5. What artwork do I need to provide you with for my design?

We can make the design for you if need be and this cost will be factored into your order quote. However if you have your own logos in Vector format (AI or PDF) then this will make the process economical and fast.

6. Are the garments produced ethically?

Yes, most definitely. We have built some great relationships with our factories and these relationships have been strengthened by factory visits. Factory visits have allowed us to inspect and experience ‘first hand’ the conditions the factory workers have.
