WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.  

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please email us tim@pushapparel.com.au or get in contact with us via the Contact form on this website and we will provide you with an address to send to.

SHIPPING for returns?
All shipping to us will need to be paid by the customer.

 

HOW do customers return items?

Faulty items: Contact us. We may either ask you to send us photos of the fault or send the item into us for inspection. After that and if approved, we will either refund you the full amount or exchange the product for you at no cost.

Incorrect Size: These will need to be sent into us for an Exchange. They can only also be returned if they are unused and in the original condition from purchase.  Please contact us and we will provide with an address to send to.

 

EXCHANGES for returns?
If you return your item and upon inspection is deemed defective from a manufacturing fault then we can send you out a replacement item free of charge. If you return your item because it is the incorrect size then we will send you out an exchange in the correct size.

REFUNDS for returns?
If you return your item within 30 days and upon inspection is deemed defective from a manufacturing fault then we will refund the full item price to you.
